Annual Sports Physical Information
PHYSICALS / SPORTS MED PHYSICAL - DEADLINE JUNE 8th
In order to participate in our program, you need to have an up to date physical on file with us and our on-campus athletic trainer every school year.
You may opt to have the physical with your own primary care physician (must be signed by a M.D. or D.O.).
You may also choose to complete the physical on campus through our
Medical Science Academy on May 14th from 2-5 pm in room 707 for $25.

Parent Driver / Volunteer Info
Being a school volunteer doesn't require any special skills - you simply need to be yourself. As you share your time and skills students lives can be changed and programs throughout our schools are enhanced through your contributions. Seeing students reaching their potential and grow as individuals is a wonderful benefit of volunteering. Knowing that you have played a role in helping students achieve is the satisfying part.

If interested in being a volunteer / driver for the Valencia High School cheer program please follow the following steps:

Cheer will cover the processing and finerprinting fee.

Please complete all forms at the link below and complete a TB test. Tami Smith in the Valencia High School AP Office need their email address to get them a login to do sexual harassment (and 2 other) training. You can contact her at tsmith@hartdistrict.org
Before contacting Tami please make sure you have everything complete by going through the check list. It is on the bottom of the volunteer application. (Below is an example of what it looks like).
When all is complete they come to Tami Smith me to get approved to get fingerprinted, then you will call and make an appointment with the district and get fingerprinted. It takes a couple of weeks to a month (depending on the DMV) to get the volunteer badge.
